Holy crap... tough one, but the obvious answer would be Zoran, since he IS an archaeologist. He'd teach (durrrr) archaeology. Greaser, however, would be great at teaching anything that has to do with machinery, but he'd give WAY too many failing grades...
02) Do you think 2 (Shade) is hot? How hot?
Ummm.... no. He's a living freaking shadow. That didn't stop him from having a kid, though... x_X
03) 12 (Java Bunny) sends 8 (Jimmy) on a mission. What is it, and does it succeed?
OH GOD NO. Jimmy would listen to Java Bunny's ranting for about 30 seconds before trying to split the hyperactive hare in half with an axe. But for answering purposes, Java Bunny would command Jimmy to get more coffee for him. Jimmy would laugh and walk away.
04) What is or would be 9's (Glenn) favorite book?
Any martial arts guide. <_<
05) Would it make more sense for 2 (Shade) to swear loyalty to 6 (Greaser), or the other way around?
Shade would swear loyalty to Greaser, definitely. Shade was meant to be a servant character anyway, and Greaser's too much of a hard-ass to swear loyalty to anyone.
06) For some reason, 5 (Zep) is looking for a roommate. Should he/she share a studio apartment with 9 (Glenn) or with 10 (Blatz)?
Good one.... Blatz is quiet and keeps to himself, but Glenn would probably get along with Zep better.
07) 2 (Shade), 7 (Johnny M.) and 12 (Java Bunny) have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
JB wouldn't care, as long as they serve coffee 24/7. Shade doesn't eat, so Johnny would drag them both to a good Italian place or somewhere with good burgers.
08) 3 (Erik) challenges 10 (Blatz) to a duel. What happens?
They spend an hour staring at each other, Erik hits Blatz over the head with a wrench, and Blatz punches Erik in the face. They both rub the spot that got hit, and walk away without saying a word.
09) If 1 (Slate) stole 8's (Jimmy) most precious possession, how would s/he get it back?
Jimmy would challenge Slate to a drinking contest after a long and one-sided fight, and both of them would pass out (days later) and forget why they were angry in the first place.
10) Suggest a title for a story in which 7 (Johnny M.) and 12 (Java Bunny) both attain what they most desire.

Blatz doesn't talk, much less shout. X3 He would, however, carry a very large mallet. Yay for hammer-thingys!

Slate. Greaser would pull his hand back, cuss at Slate, and continue to drink the strongest alcohol on hand mixed with some kind of motor oil. Java Bunny would narrowly miss the pancake as Slate grabs it, but remain on the plate, rolling on it and laughing maniacly.
19) What might be a good pick-up line for 2 (Shade) to use on 10 (Blatz)?

20) What would 5 (Zep) most likely be arrested for?
Hmmm... Public intoxication, Disturbing the peace, Excessive noise violation, Resisting arrest, Assaulting an officer (21 counts), Fleeing and eluding, Vandalisim, ...... you get the idea... all in one night.
21) What is 6's (Greaser) secret?
His real name is Daedalus, and he's carrying a lot of illegal/stolen data. Some other things, too.
22) If 11 (Zoran) and 9 (Glenn) were racing to a destination, who would get there first?
Depends. If it is above ground, probably Glenn, but if it is underground or in a desert/canyon of some kind, it's all Zoran.
23) If you had to walk home through a bad neighbourhood late at night, would you feel safer in the company of 7 (Johnny M.) or 8 (Jimmy)?
Jimmy would scare the crap out of any mugger, but Johnny would probably be less likely to attack ME.
24.) If 4(Lennox) gave 10(Blatz) a birthday present, what would s/he be likely to give him/her?
VERY strong alcohol. That's just Lennox for you though... He thinks Scotch is the best thing mankind has ever come up with....
